Comparetopagency is a genuine and trustworthy travel company that works towards serving the customers. Hence, we have a very transparent and clear Cancellation and Refund Policies in place.
You must understand that we are a travel platform; the airlines, hotels, and other travel service-providers are our third-party channels through which we provide a travel service or product to our customers. So, the cancellation and refund system is controlled by our third-party service providers as we’re not liable to exercise direct control over the same.
The following are our cancellation and refund policies:
- Most of our flight tickets and hotel bookings are non-refundable; however, the refundable ones are eligible for claims against any cancellation from the customers.
- The type of refund given to the customers is solely decided by our third-party service providers, like airlines or hotels. You can use your airline or hotel credit for future purchases on our platform.
- You'll be eligible to cancel your flights or hotel bookings only after you place a cancellation request within the mentioned time-frame of our service provider.
- Your cancellation may include cancellation charges and rescheduling may include fare difference, penalty, or booking fee.
- We’re a travel platform and we do not offer any other representations for the fee we charge.
- Ideally, to get a refund for a flight cancellation, you must place a cancellation request with our customer service team 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
- If you do not show up for your flight and the airline agrees to provide a refund for ‘No Show’ passengers then you can place a refund request.
- There are no specific timelines to process refunds as it is a multistep procedure involving third-party service providers.
- Once you place a cancellation request you’ll receive confirmation of your cancellation. Followed by processing your refunds.
- The acceptance of cancellation request doesn't specify automatic refund.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment mode.
- The service fee is non-refundable so it is deducted from your refund amount.
- It may take anywhere between 30-60 days to process your refund from the date of placing the cancellation request.
Our Cancellation and Refund Policies are based primarily on the rules and policies of the airline or other service providers. We do not have much control over the refunds and cancellations, so we urge you to cooperate with our process.
