• The lower price service must be verifiable and publically available online. We cannot match the price of a member-only or private offer.

How to place a Price Match Promise request?

You must follow the below steps to place a Price Match Promise request:

• You must submit a request within 24 hours of your booking on Comparetopagency with our customer support team.
• You must provide your booking reference number and details of the lower priced service, like their website URL and screenshot or their offer.
• Our team will take 48 hours to verify the lower-priced order.
• After it's verified, we will match the price of booking to the lower advertised price. If you've paid the full amount, we will issue a refund of the fare difference

Exclusions and Limitations
